Bethaney Rush - Solicitor Apprentice

Bethaney is a Solicitor Apprentice working within the Litigation Team.

Bethaney is a Solicitor Apprentice within the Litigation Department at Newtons. She has experience in many aspects of litigation, particularly Landlord and Tenant Act Disputes and debt recovery.

Bethaney has experience in dealing with a wide variety of Commercial and Civil Litigation matters. She works closely with other members of the Litigation Team, particularly Contentious Probate Specialist, Abigail Noone with her Contentious Trusts and Probate matters and assists the Head of the Litigation team, David Birks on his more complex and high-value matters in the Business and Property Courts.
