Kirsty Fairbairn - Paralegal

Kirsty is a member of our Company Commercial department and assists the team on a variety of transactions.

Prior to joining Newtons Solicitors, Kirsty has worked for global and regional law firms and gained a wealth of experience over the past 11 years in various commercial matters.

Kirsty’s experience includes:

• Buying and selling businesses
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Commercial agreements e.g. terms and conditions and consultancy agreements

Kirsty is a member of CILEx and will soon be qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
