As a solicitor here at Newtons myself, I wouldn't expect anything but the best level of service, but I couldn't have been better looked after than I was by Jess and Carolina. Despite a couple of abortive sales (and then having to deal with an uncooperative solicitor on the other side), knowing that Jess and Carolina were looking after things made the entire transaction completely stress-free and painless. They were always one step ahead of the game: proactively progressing the sale, keeping everyone updated, and always with friendliness and positivity. I might be a little biased, but my 15 years in the legal industry also means I've seen a wide array of service levels, so I can say without doubt that the service delivered by Jess and Carolina was exemplary. Thank you both for your sterling efforts to get my house sold!
