Dan is an Associate Solicitor within our Commercial Property team, based in Penrith.

Practice Areas

Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2021. He advises on a broad range of commercial property work including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial freehold and leasehold property and agricultural land;
• Property due diligence and reporting on the legal title of property;
• Landlord and tenant work including the negotiation of leases and advising on ancillary agreements such as rent deposit deeds and licences to alter;
• Assignments of leases and sublettings; and,
• Commercial mortgages.

Dan has a particular interest in the purchase and acquisition of investment property and the associated matters involved with acting for investment landlords with property portfolios.

He has acted for a diverse range of clients from individuals to larger business and is highly experienced dealing with SIPP/SASS pension fund work
